    Our venue can host up to 135 seated guests.

  2. Can I have my ceremony at the venue?

    Yes, we are excited to offer a fully draped space with a decorated fireplace that provides a romantic backdrop for your vows.

  3. Do you have a hospitality/bridal Suite?

    Yes, we offer a private hospitality suite for our guests of honour. It comes equipped with a private ensuite washroom and combination safe.

  4. Do you allow outside catering?

    We provide a variety of delicious menu options prepared by our Executive Chef. Clients are welcome to bring specialty cakes. Please contact our Administrative Coordinator for more information.

  5. Do you offer an on-site coordinator?

    Yes. we are happy to provide you with an on-site coordinator for your event.

  6. Is the venue accessible for persons with disabilities?

    Our facility is equipped with accessible washroom facilities and 2 designated parking spots.

  7. Do you provide on-site security?

    We strive to provide a safe environment for your celebration. All events have on-site security.

  8. Is there on-site parking?

    Yes, there is ample FREE on-site parking available.

  9. Do you provide decorating services?

    Yes, our talented decorators are happy to assist you with all your decor and rental needs.

  10. Can we bring our own alcohol?

    Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises, unfortunately. Palais Noir is a fully licensed establishment that adheres to the AGCO guidelines.

  11. Can we use open-flame candles?

    All candles must be in a covered fire-resistant container such as a glass shade. No uncovered flames will be permitted.

  12. Do you have a preferred vendor listing?

    Yes, we are a one-stop experience. For your convenience, we offer a variety of preferred vendor professionals.

  13. Do you provide DJ services?

    Yes, our DJ, sound, and lighting services are provided by DJ Twisted Mindz.

  14. How can I take a tour of the venue?

    We are super excited to show off our new event space. We offer weekly open house tours. Outside of our designated open house times, please contact our Administrative Coordinator who will book a convenient time for you to visit.

  15. Why does your Micro Wedding package not include a Bar Package?

    Micro Wedding Package is a 3-hour elopement-style wedding package that includes wine. If you wish to add a Bar Package, we would be happy to do so at an additional cost.
