We had a Celebration Of Life at Palais Noir for my mother, who passed away quite recently. Initially, we reached out with regards to availability and were pleased that the date we needed was open. We were advised to come in for a consultation. From the very beginning of the consultation meeting, right up to when the very last guest left at our event, everything was extremely professional. The back and forth communication via email was robust with concise information. The venue is a stunning space with high attention to detail. I felt the warm inviting atmosphere as soon as my wife and I went to the original consultation to discuss our needs. The night of the event was perfectly executed to our vision…and more.
The entire staff is friendly and willing to help. At no point did we ever feel that we were a bother or putting anybody out of the way. The Customer Service on all levels is impeccable. This venue is perfect for all occasions. The size is adequate, with the space comfortably being able to seat 120 people. The food was incredible and again, all levels of service, top-notch. Magical Moment Celebrating 25
I love this space! I had the opportunity of having my quarter century birthday celebration at Palais Noir and it was absolutely magical! They decorated the space for me in my favourite colours. The Dj played all my favourite hits. I was able to take my time to get ready in their beautiful private suite with my makeup artist. The food was brought to each table served fresh, hot and delicious. They created an unforgettable experience for me.
Celebrating 95yrs with Love Joy & Flawless Service
We recently celebrated my Grandmothers 95th birthday here. This was the only venue that had my Grandmothers birthday date available and also the venue that my Grandma fell in love with from the first time she saw it. We booked right away. Sandra gave amazing service from beginning to end. She honestly went over and beyond for us with this party. We can’t thank her enough for coming through for us in so many ways. Leading up to the event Sandra always communicate with us in regards to discussing everything we wanted or didn’t want. The day of the party everything ran smoothly and on time. Sandra’s staff worked very hard to provide such good service to our 100 guests! My Grandmother was so happy!!!!!!! To hear my Grandmother say it was one of the best days of her life truly means something special. Sandra your venue is so beautiful and we can’t thank you enough for everything you did. You really came through for us and we are so thankful. My Grandma was the happiest ever! 10/10 service!!
