Our Venue comfortably holds 120 seated.

All food and beverages are provided in-house, with a variety of delicious menu options prepared by our Executive Chef. Outside catering is not permitted, but you’re welcome to bring a celebration cake from a licensed and insured bakery.

We’re more than a beautiful venue. Every celebration includes The Palais Experience, our signature blend of thoughtful styling, delicious cuisine, professional service and exclusive venue access. We handle the details so you can show up, celebrate and enjoy.

Beyond the venue, we offer event coordination, custom décor, catering, bar service, professional serving staff, DJ services, security and audio-visual support. Services can be customized to suit your celebration, because fabulous events are rarely one-size-fits-all.

Our pricing is customized based on your guest count, dining experience, bar service, event duration and any additional services you select. Because Palais Noir is a full-service venue, your investment includes much more than the room itself. Once we learn the details of your celebration, we’ll prepare a personalized proposal with everything clearly outlined.

Yes! We offer ample complimentary on-site parking, including designated accessible spaces.

Tours can be booked online or by calling 905-427-9627. If you’re in the area, feel free to stop by Tuesday, Thursday or Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We recommend booking ahead to ensure someone is available to give you the full Palais tour.

Yes! Every celebration includes an on-site Event Coordinator to oversee the venue details and keep everything running smoothly. While you enjoy your guests, we’ll be behind the scenes making sure the Palais magic stays on schedule. description

The administrative fee supports the behind-the-scenes planning, preparation and coordination that bring your event together. This includes client meetings, event administration and preparing signature spaces such as the Hostess or Bridal Suite and our styled Cocktail Nook. It helps our team ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared before you arrive. Please note, this fee is not a gratuity.
